By using Uma Diagnostic Centre website, mobile application, online booking, report access, payment services, or diagnostic services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
We provide diagnostic test booking, sample collection coordination, laboratory testing, report access, payment processing, and related healthcare diagnostic support.
3. No Emergency Service
Our website and app are not emergency medical services. In case of emergency, contact emergency medical services or visit the nearest hospital immediately.
4. User Responsibility
- Provide correct patient, contact, and address details.
- Follow test preparation instructions such as fasting or timing requirements.
- Be available for sample collection if home collection is booked.
- Do not misuse login access, report links, payment proof, or portal features.
- Do not upload false or misleading payment information.
5. Bookings and Sample Collection
Bookings are subject to availability, location, test requirements, sample requirements, patient eligibility, and staff availability. Some tests may require fasting, prior preparation, or doctor advice.
6. Reports
Reports are generated based on samples received and laboratory processes. Report timelines are approximate and may vary due to sample quality, repeat testing, verification requirements, technical issues, or operational delays.
7. Medical Advice
Reports should be interpreted by a qualified medical professional. We are not responsible for medical decisions taken without proper consultation.
8. Payments
Payments may be accepted through cash, UPI, manual verification, or online payment gateway when enabled. Online payments depend on gateway, bank, UPI, card network, and settlement availability.
9. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund eligibility depends on payment status, sample collection status, test processing status, and gateway/bank timelines.
10. Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide accurate and timely diagnostic services, but we are not liable for delays or service issues caused by incorrect user information, third-party gateway downtime, network failures, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
11. Updates
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
